This unisex style is designed to sit at the collar bone and is made using one of the chunkier fragments threaded onto 2mm waxed cotton cord with silver plated fixings and beads that will (and are designed to) tarnish over time.Every choker is different and the fragments used for this style are some of the oldest collected.
